The Wedding Singer Auditions Start THIS WEEK
About The Show:
It's the '80s. Robbie Hart lives in his grandmother's basement in New Jersey and sings in a wedding band. His dreams of being a singer/songwriter are long gone, replaced now by a burning desire to find the right girl and settle down. When his fiancee leaves him standing at the altar, he becomes a wedding planner's worst nightmare, taking out his bitterness on stage until his eye and heart turn to a new friend, Julia, but she's engaged to a wealthy Wall Street broker.
Enter Julia, a winsome waitress who wins his affection. Only trouble is, Julia is about to get married to a Wall Street shark, and unless Robbie can pull off the performance of the decade, the girl of his dreams will be gone forever.
Based on the hit film of the same name, “The Wedding Singer” takes us back to a time when hair was big, greed was good, collars were up, and a wedding singer just might be the coolest guy in the room.
Singing/Acting auditions:
Thurs 4th 11am-1pm, 4-6pm and Fri 5th 11am-1pm
Dance auditions: Fri 5th 6-8pm
Callbacks: Mon 8th 6-8pm
